You can watch up to 5 devices (TV, Phone, Laptop, Tablet etc) on one (1) network at a time.
Example:
David lives in Europe. He has 2 TV sets and 3 cell phones in the home. He can use all these devices at a time from the same Wi-Fi ✅
- David can NOT ✖️ use the cellphone to watch a stream at his workplace while his kids are at home watching at the same time on the family TV.
- If David turns off his TV (streams) in the home, then he can ✅ use the phone at work or on the go.
In USA, Canada & Mexico only, you can watch up to 5 devices on two (2) different networks at a time.
Notes:
There is no geographical ip lock
We do not offer any type of discounts for fewer connections.
If you need more than 5 devices you will have to buy additional accounts using a different email.
You can install the apps on as many devices as you want, that will not be counted as “watching” only “watching a stream” counts as 1 stream.
Switching channels too quickly can cause the system to think you are using more devices than allowed and you will a receive a message “Device limit reached”. To avoid such type of message, you need to change the channels a little slower and the system will rest itself automatically in short time.
Multi-view apps like tivimate where multiple channels are watched, they will be counted as separate streams.
Like- 3 channels in multiview = 3 streams.
