1. To renew visit our website https://d-tech.tv
2. Click “Login” at the top right of the page
3. Type in your email address & password and then click the [Login] button.
4. Go to the billing tab and select “My Invoices”
5. Click the Pay Now button
6. Choose you preferred payment method:

Option 1 - Credit Card

1. If you’ve selected the credit card option, you will be redirected to SunCash where you will be asked to fill in all required fields.
2. Enter your details to confirm your payment. Once the payment is made your account gets reactivated in a few minutes.

Option 2- Kanoo Payments

1. If you've chosen to go with the Kanoo Payments option instead, you will be redirected to Kanoo where you will select the Pay As Guest button.
2. Next, enter your details to confirm your payment. Once the payment is made your account gets reactivated in a few seconds.

Note: You can add a different subscription period to your existing service by clicking on the services tab and selecting Order New Services from the drop-down menu in your account. “Click here to login”
