If you want to get a refund for your subscription, below check our policy depending on your subscription;
- For the “1 Month Subscription”, you’ll be eligible for a refund if you request it within 1 week of the time after your payment.
- For the “3 Months Subscription” or longer, you’ll be eligible for a refund if you request it within 1 month of the time after your payment.
If the necessary requirements are met as stated above then send an email to billing@d-tech.tv telling us why you do want a refund and your account details.
