We use latest H264 technology which gives the best compression and quality of streams to our viewers. You can have the best entertainment while watching any sports channel at 60FPS (frames per second).
However, while changing channels the H264 protocol may spike higher to start showing the picture.
This is the reason our service needs a minimum of 20Mbps internet connection.

You will find a problem while watching 2 TVs at the same time with 20Mbps. If you want to watch 2 TVs at the same time then there is a need for a minimum of 40 Mbps for optimal viewing experience.

Our speedtest is split up in to 3 sections:
First section: Displays info about your current connection. That includes your ip address, internet service provider, and country.
Second section:This section contains the actual speed test and this has 3 main tests:
First test – In the first test you will get CloudFront that is a speed test from a CDN of Amazon (to emulate local speed test - 1 connection)
Second test – Dtech TV is the server you are playing live streaming from, based on where you are located..
Third test – You are playing VOD content from the Dtech TV VODserver and this test is also based on your location.
Third section: In this step you will get a recommendation based on the results you have received.
*Speed-test of Dtech TV& VOD are limited to 50Mbit.
Always remember that you need a minimum of 20Mbit bandwidth to use our service without interruptions.
